we're moving towards the new service model

Here at Coo we are getting ready for a November, December facelift cost of about $230,000. We should all look great at that cost. The surgical team includes Lois Ross, Chris Freeman and the Cooledge staff. In preparation we are having LSA's work the Reference des and Librarians work the circulation desk since the Reference desk as we now know and love it will be no more. But new carpet, more computers and a cleaner freer looking space shoudl make up for that. Nex week we'll tell the fish.
